Haiku-copia
Food and cooking are among the most noble subjects for the poet of distinction.
I’ve been working a lot in the last few days on some of my longer-form projects, but just so y’all won’t think I don’t love you anymore — here are a few of my attempts at poetry.
onion, garlic, salt
turnips with roots, smoked sausage
cooked in chicken stock
‘maters, beans, and cukes
squash, kale, onions, and eggplants
victory garden
wagyu ribeye steak
covered with seared tomatoes
and a green salad
